Better safe than sorry. The more copies of your photos in different places, the better.
Here is my recommended backup method for your wedding gallery!
Our Video And Photo Gallery Will Eventually Expire due to new technology or
because the third party software we use will be upgraded or will be discontinued!
1. Download your entire photo gallery and videos to one or two of your own hard drives.
2. Download your entire gallery and videos to a portable hard drive to keep at a trusted relative or friend’s house.
3. Upload your entire gallery and videos to an off-site cloud service such as iCloud or Dropbox.
4. Print your images! While I don’t discount the importance of backing your images up,
it’s incredibly important to remember that these digital devices aren’t made to last forever.
It’s smart to also have physical copies of your photos (especially your favorites)
either printed or in an heirloom album that is meant to last for a very long time!
5. If (when) you have found over the years that one of your hard drives has failed,
replace it so that by the time the next one fails, you will still have plenty of copies!

ARCHIVAL + FINE ART PRINTS & CANVASES
Archival + fine art paper will last 100’s of years. I print through a professional lab so that the colors
and contrast of your photos will look the same as they do on my computer screen!

PACKAGES AND FILES:
In almost all our package you will find the definition of Artistic enhancement and Color Corrected, What does it mean?
1,000 COLOR CORRECTED images of your wedding
From All the RAW ( straight from the camera ) images we shoot at your wedding we choose 1000 images that we will color correct for color and density. We takes several thousands of images but we do enhanced the best images out of your day. This is a time and labor intensive process.
Wondering about the remaining RAW images? Don’t worry! You can request ALL your RAW files at no additional cost. This offer is applicable if you booked directly with us (please note that RAWs are not included in packages booked through a venue package deal).
Additionally, for your convenience, we offer the option to purchase a hard drive directly from us for $100. This way, you can have a dedicated device to store and safeguard your precious memories.
Any additional edits after the 1000 color corrected images will be an extra charge per image. WHY DO WE CHARGE EXTRA FOR THIS? as mentioned above this labor and time consuming process that could take hours if not a full working week!

In additional to 1000 images + all the RAW as a Bonus CASTALDO will give you also
60 Artistic Enhancement images!!!
What is artistic enhancement? All the pictures in our web site and Social Media
have been artistically enhanced by our Photoshop artists.
We reserve the right of creative enhancement based on the images and how we see
and feel AND what we want to convey through our images. Background changes, removal of subject/s and items in the images
are considered as full digital image manipulation and NOT CONSIDERED AS ARTISTIC EDITS.
We can offer full digital manipulations and is charged per image based on it’s complexity.
Please note this is not negotiable and this is why you chose CASTALDO studio.
Any requests of changes after our color correction and enhancement are made will be incur an extra editing charges. Please convey your
requests of the type enhancements that we do prior to your wedding day so we are sure you will LOVE your photos. If you fail to send us your request,
we will choose the best enhancements we see based on your day.
